Safety Management Plan

In 2013 LandCorp requested Western Australian Precision Surveys Pty Ltd to directly commission an independent auditor to assess compliance of their Safety Management Plans.

WAPS provided Ringshaw Consulting with a copy of their Safety Management Plan and in consultation with the stakeholders the SMP was reviewed against requirements of the Western Australian Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and associated legislation.

Ringshaw Consulting was then able to confirm in writing WAPS compliance as outlined below:

'This letter is to confirm that Neil Ringshaw (WorkSafe Plan Assessor No. 059) has reviewed the OHSE Management Plan developed by WA Precision Surveys Pty Ltd. The OHSE Management Plan was reviewed against requirements of the Western Australian Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and associated legislation. WA Precision Surveys Pty Ltd has documented a systematic approach to the management of safety and health as per the requirements of WorkSafe — a division of the Department of Commerce, the Western Australian State Government agency responsible for the administration of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984.'
